Wellness&Spa use conditions:

We kindly ask you to turn off your mobile phone during treatments and keep noise to a minimum to ensure a peaceful atmosphere.

We don’t take responsibility for lost or damaged personal items. Please leave your valuables in your room safety deposit box or use lockers provided in the changing rooms.

Sauna usage is reserved for guests above the age of 16. Pool entry is allowed for everyone.

Our services don’t include gratuities. In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion.

Please inform your therapist if you have any medical conditions that may interfere with Spa use and treatment selection.

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time of treatment.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Please give us at least 6 hour cancellation notice to avoid a 100% charge of the selected treatment.

We accept cash and all major credit cards. Prices include VAT. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is made in Croatian kunas, prices in euros are informative.
